Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Your right to return

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To start a return, email us at ecommerce@bio2you.eu with your order number and which items you'd like to return.

Conditions for return

Returned goods must be in the condition in which you received them — unused, with all components and original packaging intact.

You are responsible for any diminished value if the goods have been handled beyond what was necessary to inspect them.

Sealed cosmetic products

Products sealed for hygiene reasons — including intimate care products — cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. This is permitted under consumer protection law because cosmetic products that have been opened cannot be safely resold.

How to return

Email ecommerce@bio2you.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will confirm your return and provide the return address.
Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

When you'll receive your refund

We will refund all payments received, including the original delivery charge (at the standard rate), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option, we are not obliged to reimburse the difference.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at ecommerce@bio2you.eu with your order number, a description and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

Lost shipments

If tracking shows your shipment has been lost in transit, contact us. Once confirmed, you may choose a full refund including the delivery charge, or a replacement shipment.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order and payment details, order history, account data, review content, correspondence, and technical data related to website use (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

4. Why we process your data and the legal basis

To fulfil orders: accepting orders, processing payments, arranging delivery, providing customer service and maintaining accounts. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

To comply with legal obligations: accounting, tax reporting, consumer protection requirements. Legal basis: legal obligation.

To send marketing communications: newsletters, offers and discount codes by email, only where you have given consent. Legal basis: consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

To ensure website functionality and security: analytics, fraud prevention, service improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests and, where required, consent.

To administer reviews: displaying submitted reviews on the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

6. International transfers
